Learner enrollment through our own Excel spreadsheet

We have enabled a new option to streamline the registration and mass enrollment of learners on the platform in case you have your own Excel template with the learners' personal information and you need to adapt it to the template available on the platform.

When performing a new mass upload of learners to the campus, you will find the option to “Upload learners with your own Excel file”, where you will need to follow two simple steps:

1.- Upload your Excel file with the learners' data

2.- Process the file

Once your Excel file has been processed, the list of fields in the evolCampus template will appear on the left, followed by the corresponding drop-down menu with the names of the columns in your Excel file. All you need to do is select the field that corresponds to each one. You will see a preview of the data that has been associated, allowing you to check that the selection is correct.

Finally, you just need to create the learners or enroll them in a course, and the bulk upload process will continue as before.
