Videoconference Reminders

We have added more options to remind students via email about the videoconferences they have been invited to. For example:



Send reminder email now: If you enable this new option, an email will be sent to all invitees as soon as you finish creating the videoconferences, whether you create just one or schedule a series. This single email contains information regarding all the newly created sessions.


Furthermore, an ICS file is attached to the email, allowing invitees to add all the videoconferences to their personal calendars (such as Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar) in a single step.

Finally, we have added more options under Send reminder email to participants you can now choose to send reminders 48 or 72 hours prior to the videoconference.
