New design to optimize the management of your courses
As part of our commitment to continuously improving your experience in managing the platform, we have listened to your needs and are making a series of changes that will make your navigation easier and more efficient.
As we mentioned a couple of weeks ago, we have created a revamped, more modern, and visually appealing design that we will be implementing gradually.
We are giving you the opportunity to try out some of the platform's screens and see the benefits for yourself, such as greater ease of use and improved performance.
What has changed and how does it benefit you?
A faster and more agile experience: We have modernized our internal technology so that you will find the platform much faster. You will notice that navigating between your courses and content is now more fluid and dynamic, allowing you to access what you need more quickly.
Greater clarity so you can find everything at first glance: The new design uses a cleaner style, with better contrasts and updated icons.
Easier access to what matters: We have redesigned the navigation. We changed the position of the buttons and menus to optimize your workflow, with fewer clicks and finding the most used tools and sections in a more logical and intuitive way. For example:
- A clearer and more direct side menu
In case you have the lists of courses add-on enabled, we have integrated “Lists” directly into the main side menu, just below “Courses.” This allows you to jump between the two sections with a single click, without having to load a new page, saving time and making navigation more intuitive:

- Main actions always at hand
We've highlighted the “+ New” button in the upper right corner. It's now more visible and instantly accessible, allowing you to create courses or groups much faster, which is one of the most frequent actions:

- Cleaner and more organized search and filtering
We have grouped all search and filter fields at the top. The search engine is more visible and the tabs for filtering by status (“Active,” “Inactive,” etc.) are now inside visually separate cards on the left:

To make your work easier, you can switch between the new and current designs as often as you like using the icon at the top. We will gradually be implementing new screens with the new design.
At the moment, you can try it out on the “Courses” and “Lists” pages, as well as on the “Automations” page, which was already available with the new design.
