Important billing information

On this occasion, we are using this medium to convey important information from the Administration Department that you should take into account.

On some occasions, we receive requests for rate changes or changes to invoices at short notice, which we are unfortunately unable to process for the requested dates. These changes will be applied in the next monthly billing cycle.

These actions include changing from a single rate to standby or vice versa, completely canceling evolCampus, as well as modifying information that affects the invoice, such as company name, tax ID number, or address.

The established notice period for a rate or invoice information change is 10 business days (14 calendar days).

Therefore, and just as a reminder, any requests that are not received within this period cannot be applied to the current cycle, but will be carried out in the next billing cycle.
