Conducting mandatory surveys

When a course is being carried out, we have the possibility of including a final survey to be completed by the learners at the moment they pass the course. Likewise, it is also possible to activate the option for them to complete the survey at the end of the course.

However, sometimes we encounter learners who, for various reasons, do not complete the survey. It must be taken into account that, as it is mandatory, it is still pending completion, so they will continue to have it active even if their enrollments are archived. Therefore, if they are subsequently enrolled in another course, it will appear again for them to complete it.

As a solution so that this does not restrict them from being able to navigate the campus and access the new course, we have implemented an “expiration” time limit. So, one month after the enrollment has been archived, any required surveys will still be available at the top of the campus but will not block access to other content.
