Adding variables in messaging templates

After having the possibility to create customizable templates in messaging, we have added new variables so that you can incorporate even more detail in the communication with your learners.

The new variables can be included through the “Template Management” button in the “Messaging” section , both in new message templates and in existing ones.

These variables are dynamic fields, so those that are calculated are automatically calculated at the moment the message is sent:

• Identity document of the learner: DNI or NIE.
• Activities performed: number of activities the learner has completed.
• Pending activities: number of compulsory activities that the learner still has to complete in order to finish the course.
• Percentage of teaching hours connected: this percentage is based on the time estimation that has been indicated as necessary to complete the course.
• Percentage of course time consumed: this percentage is based on the time that has elapsed since the learner's enrollment period began compared to the total duration of the course.
