Limitation on number of video and audio reproductions
This week we are announcing a new feature that will help those of you who want to keep track of the number of video or audio plays available to your learners.
We have added a new option in the settings of this type of activity that allows you to limit the number of plays to which they have access.
When creating a "Video/Audio" type activity, you only have to check the option to force full playback and a field will be enabled in which you can indicate the maximum number of times you want to allow the learners to access:
Thus, if you activate this limitation, once the activity has been completed the indicated number of times, it will no longer be possible to watch the video or listen to the audio, nor will it be possible to replay it at any time.
The learners will be informed of this limitation before doing the activity:
As well as when they have consumed the maximum number of reproductions allowed:
We hope that this new functionality will give you more flexibility when creating these activities, as well as more control over access to their content.
