Notification of course completion and sending of certificate

We continue expanding the number of automatic emails sent to learners, in addition to the ones we announced last month.

As of today, you can activate these two new notifications in the email personalization section of your platform:

• Passing course learner: the platform will send an automatic email to the learners once they reach the course pass criteria to congratulate them and to inform them that they have passed the course.

• Automatic sending of the certificate: Once the requirements established for the learners to have access to their certificate(s) are met, if the following day it is detected that they have not downloaded it or it has not yet been sent to them, an e-mail with the certificate attached will be sent to them automatically.

  
  

  Activating this email will be especially useful when we want to ensure, without the need for tracking, that the learners have the certificate at the end of the course. At the same time, the date of sending is recorded in the reports, so it serves as proof of delivery.

The sending of both emails can be checked in the corresponding report of the platform, as well as any of the other sendings that are done automatically.

We hope that these two new notifications will contribute to a better tracking of the learners and a saving of work for the tutors or coordinators of your courses.
