Assigning tags to users

Today we bring you an improvement that will help you to manage your teachers as we have added a new tagging tool at user level that will allow you to identify them in subsequent searches.

As you will see, the functionality of the user tags is similar to the tags we can assign to learners and courses.

In the Users menu we will see a new field to perform searches filtering by one or more tags that we have created and assigned to our users. We can also filter by tag from the user name/email search field.

From the "Tag management" section we will be able to perform searches of the tags we have already created, create new tags, as well as remove or merge tags from the Bulk actions button by selecting one or more tags.

In the Users edition we will find a new tags field from where we will also be able to create new tags by typing the new name and selecting it, or add the ones we already have created.

In addition to the filtering to perform searches in the Users menu, this new tool offers two other advantages:

In the group configuration, when assigning teachers to each subject we will see which tag/s each teacher user has assigned and we will also be able to search by tag by typing it in the search field:

In the Teacher Reports menu, we have a new filter by tags to search only for information about the teachers who have it assigned.
