Notice of subject grade and final course grade

We are pleased to inform you that we have incorporated two new automatic mailings that you can now activate and that you will find when setting up your platform in the Email Personalization section:

Both notices are sent by email to learners with the aim of informing them that they have a final grade in the course they have taken, or in one of the subjects if the course consists of more than one:

The notice consists of an email that learners will receive when they are graded, either manually, or automatically when they complete all required activities, or at the end of the course when their enrollments are archived.


This improvement will be very useful for learners who have finished the course and do not always access their campus again, to receive an automatic communication of the final grade they have obtained. Also for those of you who manually grade your learners for each module or subject and need to be informed in order to continue with the course.
