Bulletin board information in reports

We would like to inform you that we have included in the “Messaging” report information about the messages sent through the Bulletin Board, thus achieving a more complete report that includes all the communications with the learners:

When downloading the report we will see that the communications are classified as “Message” or “Announcement”, depending on how the communication was sent: messaging or bulletin board.

This enhancement will be especially useful for those of you who communicate with learners preferably through the bulletin board, as you will be able to access messages sent through all tutoring channels, including those posted through the bulletin board.
