Mass assignment of companies

Today we bring you a feature that will make it easier to assign one or more companies to the learners' enrollments.

• When we have to register and enroll a relatively large number of learners we have the possibility to do it in bulk using an Excel template where the learners' data is entered:

If you download this template, you will notice that we have added a "Company" column with a drop-down menu to select any of the companies previously registered in the platform. In this way, you will be able to enroll learners in the same course and group, even if they belong to different companies, by uploading a single file.

Keeping in mind that the company indicated in the Excel file that is loaded will always take precedence.

• In addition, if for some reason you need to assign the company after the learners have already been enrolled, you will also be able to do it massively from the "Learners" menu, without having to do it individually in each of the enrollments:
