Notice of new learner enrollment

There are times when we want a teacher to know that a learner has been enrolled in their course, either because it is someone else who manages enrollments, or because it is the learner who has just accessed one of their courses from an auto-enrollment list.

In order for teachers to be informed at all times of the learners who are taking the training, we have a new alert available in the automatic emails sent from the platform.

To activate it, all you have to do is access the "Settings" => "Emails Customization" menu and activate the "New learner enrollment notification":

Thus, the teacher(s) assigned to the group of learners will receive a notification each time a learner, or group of learners, is enrolled in one of their courses:
