Setting several certificates in a group

As you already know, from the platform we can set up the creation of the certificate that the learners of a group receive when they pass the course.

We have listened to your comments asking for more flexibility in the creation of the certificates. So we are happy to announce that we have carried out the incorporation of a first novelty in the use of this tool to allow you to create several diplomas or certificates for the same group with different designs or formats.

In the setting of each certificate we will find the same options that control both the generation and the downloading to the campus for each of the designs we have:

In addition, we will now be able to determine at what time we want the single certificate to be generated in the enrollment of each learner even if we do not activate the possibility of downloading on campus:

• Right at the moment when the learners pass the course (based on the passing criteria established in the general group settings).
• From a few days after the end of the course.

Likewise, the possibility for learners to download the certificate from the campus, as well as the option to share it on their social networks, can be managed individually from the settings of each of the certificates we create in the group.

On the other hand, both from the learner's enrollment and in reports, we will have a record of those certificates that have already been downloaded, as long as the download from the campus is active.

We anticipate that, in the second phase of this improvement, we will further expand the possibilities of this tool, for example:

• Downloading a certificate of attendance without the need to have passed the course.
• For those of you who carry out subsidized training, choose which learners (subsidized/non-subsidized) each of the certificates is intended for.
