PDF documents in Windows Edge

If you are having problems with viewing PDF documents on the platform using Microsoft Edge, we recommend using another browser such as Chrome or Firefox. Recently, Edge has changed the security policy and is blocking content from Adobe by default.


If you do not have the option to use another browser, you can follow the steps below to make it work in Edge:


Step 1. Check that third-party cookies blocking is not set:

Step 3. Access a PDF on the platform and see if cookies have been blocked (you may need to restart the browser):
