Latest platform updates

We have recently made several changes to facilitate the management of the platform:

• Copying activities between several courses.

There are times that, when creating the contents of a new course, you need to copy more than one activity at a time from another existing course or subject.

Now we have available the selection of as many activities as you wish to copy at the same time, just as it could be done with the themes:

• Sort by last name filter.

  We have enabled a new filter in the "Learners" menu to be able to sort by the learner's last name(s), in addition to his/her first name. The filter is available when viewing both, the list of enrollments and the list of learners:

• New variable in automatic emails

We have incorporated a new variable called "Last Name" in the customizable emails that are sent automatically from the platform. This way, you will be able to include, in those emails that allow it, the learner's last name, in addition to their first name if you want to address them by their full name:
