Zoom changes its integration system

Important information for all those with a Zoom account integrated in the platform.

As Zoom has recently informed, the JWT application currently used in its API as an authentication method will become obsolete as of June 1st, 2023.

Therefore, in order for integrations on your platform with this provider to remain operational, it will be necessary to update the integration by creating a new OAuth2 server-to-server type APP before June 1st.

From the “Settings” ⇒ “Videoconference integration” menu, you will find our integration guide with all the necessary information to create this new APP:

In case you have scheduled videoconferences that have not yet taken place, it will not be necessary to modify them.
