Information about sent emails

We announce that we have a new section in the “Reports” screen where the platform administrators can get information about the emails that have been sent from the platform in the last 14 days.

In this way, you will be able to check if the main emails have been sent successfully: delivery of password, password change, videoconference notice, etc.

If you wish, you can filter the search by type of email, by the current status, as well as search for the email of a specific recipient. 

On the other hand, you can also export the data through the button at the bottom right of the screen:
