New tracking alert
We inform you that we have available a new tracking alert that you can activate from the group of learners you want.
This alert allows you to monitor those learners who have a few days left before the end of the course and have not yet passed it. The time in advance can be configured up to a maximum of 15 days. In case there are learners who meet the scheduled criteria, a warning will be sent to the group coordinator and administrators, so that they can follow up on a date close to the end of the course.
From the “Tracking” section, you can filter through this new alert to monitor the learners who have not yet passed the course and send them a mass message if necessary:
